Matthew Wulf’s Diet
Breakfast:
- hot cereal (gluten-free),
- DHA-egg (2 x per week),
- plain fat-free yogurt,
- Microgreens,
- ginger root.
Lunch:
- lean beef (organic beef liver, lamb, etc.) or fish (salmon, cod, halibut, etc)
- plain fat-free yogurt
- grains
- vegetable
Snack:
- mixture of 4-5 fruits
- plain fat-free yogurt
- Microgreens
- 2 tsps. Brewer’s yeast
- popcorn or rice cake
Dinner:
- chicken or turkey
- grains,
- vegetable
- plain fat-free yogurt
Grains include a variety: rice (all kinds), rice noodles, lentils, dry beans (all kinds), buckwheat, millet, yellow and white corn grits, millet, amaranth, teff, quinoa, etc.
Vegetables include a variety: carrots, beets, turnips, parsnips, cremini mushrooms, sweet potato, eggplant, tomato, onion, garlic, rutabaga, green or purple cabbage, zucchini, yellow squash, winter squash, cauliflower, peas, green beans, etc.
Fruits include a variety: apple, pear, peaches, grapes, grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, melons, berries-all kinds, figs, banana, mango, pineapple, etc. (all fresh).
Restrictions: No spinach, minimal animal or milk fat, no hydrogenated oils, no seafood except salmon, cod, halibut, sardines, anchovies, or trout, no pork, no additives, food colorings, preservatives, etc. Do not microwave food.
